Startup Conclave 2k19 brings to you an inevitable opportunity to connect to the entrepreneurs in your city. It is a one of a kind event designed to create an entrepreneurial intent among youngsters and inspire them to build their own Start-Up from Scratch. This event will help any budding entrepreneur with the perquisite skill set that one needs to Startup!
The Startup Conclave 2k19 offers you an amazing opportunity to learn directly from CEO’S and Investors and Industry Leaders.
This event is helping the youth of the city create an impact in their lives and in turn impact others with their ideas. All the start-ups around us make our lives better – Be it Zomato, Ola, Uber, Oyo rooms – they all solve a problem. Fill a gap. This event is going to create an entrepreneurial intent amongst youngsters and help them create that impact with ease and perfect guidance!
The event has three sessions:
- Speaker Session – In this the speaker – CEO/Entrepreneur is going to share his journey and his struggles with the audience and how one can overcome various Marketing, Operations & financial challenges while starting up.
- Questionnaire Session – In this session the speaker will take questions from the audience and will reply to whatever doubt the delegates have.
- Personal Interaction – This opportunity will be given to the ones who have a ready business plan or an idea and want some expert guidance on it. The delegates will be given the opportunity to connect with the speakers given that they have ready pitch.
Not only this, the event has some added benefit:
- The delegates will be learning basics of Marketing, finance and some other strongest business strategies that is going to help them start-up with minimal investment.
- Certificates will be awarded to all the delegates.
Speakers in the Event:
Pinaki Ghosh – Pinaki Ghosh is the Founder and CEO of India’s leading book publishing company Power Publishers & film production company Power Publishers & Motion Pictures. Pinaki Ghosh has produced feature films like Sin Sister. Pinaki also owns a knowledge process outsourcing company that has handled 1900+ projects from overseas, in the last 13 years. He is also screenplay writer of 125+ Indian and American films and television shows and the author of 12 books. Pinaki has worked with media brands like BBC, National Geographic Channel, Cartoon Network, ABP Ltd., etc.
Arijit Bhattacharyya – Mr. Arijit Bhattacharyya is a Serial Entrepreneur, TedX Speaker and also, the Founder & CEO of Virtualinfocom – India’s first game & VR app development company. He is a Mentor & Angel Investor for initiatives like IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, Naman Capital, Ah Ventures, and Megaline (UK). He also assists the Govt. of West Bengal in MSME Dept under Startup India initiative. He is also an Investment Banker for 3 Venture Capital funds from Canada, USA & Middle East.
Subhayu Roy – Subhayu Roy is the Co-Founder of the Kolkata-headquartered Edtech Startup – Notebook. Subhayu and the team at Notebook have been working to develop an augmented storytelling format to create a brand-new format of education for school students. It also focuses on providing additional learning facilities for the dyslexic and visually challenged students. Subhayu has also headed Content Distribution for Perform Group in South Asia. He had been working with publishers, broadcasters, brands, agencies and federations to evangelize content-driven engagement when the idea struck him that the same approach could benefit school students. Before working for Perform, Subhayu spent about 4 years in Africa, building sustainable business models for mobile content in emerging economies.
