The urge to get recognized in the market compelled Sandeep Singh R and Bharath to start up with his own firm, Techmind Solutions along with his other 7 team members. It is a Bangalore based start-up. With the objective of building the new world with its innovative technologies focused on delivering the best and most cost-effective solutions to the clients in areas such as Electronics.
Techmind Solutions provides services in Product Design and development. They cover the complete lifecycle from project definition, initial design and development through deployment. Also, they carry out a wide range of embedded projects for the industrial verticals such as Industrial Automation, Defense, Telecom, Automotive, Medical and Consumer. They are working towards new innovative ideas, helping students to turn their dream projects to reality by targeting Make in India and Digital India.
Sandeep is an Electronics Engineer. Initially, he used to work like every other office person, a 9 to 6 job. He came across many different projects while working but felt there was nothing innovative and interesting. Working on the same project for a longer period of time without any skill development was quite boring for him and naturally can be for any individual. Then and there he decided to be an entrepreneur working for the welfare of students as he believed that they were academically strong but not in skills.
Coming to his family, his father was initially employed by the police but later started his own business in fabrication field. Earlier his family was a little worried as he did not have much experience in the business. Also, because it is less certain for a business to sustain in this generation, which worried them. But now they have enough confidence in him, support him and have got his back.
He started his journey as a freelancer working on student projects and training them to build their innovative ideas. Everything was going well until he approached various institutes. Although he had a skilled team with a revolutionary mission the institutes demanded a brand name. Hence he decided to move ahead by starting up his own company at the age of 25. The company is a complete package of Consultancy, Training and Customized Solution provider in the field of Engineering Product Development.
